Enhancing Collaboration with the New Sharing Feature from Drone Analytics

We are excited to announce the latest update to SkeyDrone’s Drone Radar and Drone Analytics platforms, designed to make drone monitoring and data sharing more seamless than ever.

Share Your Drone Flights with Ease

One of the most anticipated features is now live! Drone Analytics users can now share drone flight data with anyone via email. This new functionality allows you to send a clickable link that opens the selected flight in Drone Analytics. You can find an example here. The shared link provides information about the type of drone, the time and duration of the flight, the maximum height, and offers a replay of the entire flight on the map. The recipient can view the flight details for 30 days without needing a Drone Analytics account.

You can find the button to create the sharing link when clicking on the ellipses on the top right of the details panel after having selected a flight from the list.

This feature makes it incredibly easy to share flight data with colleagues, clients, or anyone interested in your drone operations.

Enhanced Alerts in Drone Radar

We’ve also improved the alert system in Drone Radar. Previously, users could receive email alerts when a drone entered a predefined zone. However, some alerts (from short flights) can disappear quickly from Drone Radar and create a gap in response and follow-up. Now, these alerts are even more powerful as the email also includes a link to the flight in Drone Analytics. This allows you to quickly access and review the flight details at your convenience. If the alert email is forwarded to external stakeholders, the link will still work as it provides access to a public view of the shared flight.

Why It Matters

This new feature was specifically designed for teams working in rotating shifts such as prison teams or event security staff. It addresses the challenge of knowledge transfer and ensuring effective follow-up by sharing specific flight detections via a secure, accessible link.

This update underscores our commitment to providing intuitive, user-friendly tools that enhance situational awareness and collaboration. Whether you’re managing drone operations, ensuring airspace security, or analysing flight data, these new features streamline your workflow and improve decision-making.
